Hyperbolic Functions
In A Level Further Maths we learn about Hyperbolic Functions. Hyperbolic Functions are analogues of the regular trigonometric functions (sin, cos and tan) but are defined using the unit hyperbola rather than the unit circle. This gives us the hyperbolic functions of sinh, cosh and tanh.
