Registration for Membership
7.1. On the site you will find that a certain proportion of the website is available for free viewing without the need for any form of membership.
7.2 In order to view our member’s material, it is necessary to become a registered member of the site and obtain a membership. By doing so, AJMaths provides members with permission to access specific content on the site, based on the specific conditions of their membership (as described below). In order to register for an AJMaths membership you will be required to provide information (Your name and email address)
7.3 It is important that the information you provide is truthful, precise, up-to-date, and comprehensive. If any of the information you originally provided during the registration process changes, it is your responsibility to update and correct it. If any of the information you provide is not truthful, precise, up-to-date, or comprehensive, AJMaths reserves the right to terminate your membership and deny access or use of the site, both currently and in the future.
7.4 After AJMaths receives your information, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you are now a member of the site. You will be given a personal member account, including an account management page, which will display information about any membership(s) you have purchased, as well as your account settings.
7.5 To ensure security, each member’s account can only be accessed from one device at a time. As described in section below, we have the ability to monitor all members’ activity on the site, and sharing login details is prohibited. If you find yourself logged out of your account, please ensure that you are not logged in on any other device and that you have not shared your login details with anyone else. Within a 30-day period, you are permitted to access the site from a maximum of four devices. Going beyond this limit may result in termination of your account.
Registration Charges and Payment
8.1. We offer member’s resources for GCSE Maths, A Level Maths and A Level Further Maths on our website. To access the members’ resources and members sections of our website users must purchase a membership on a recurring payment basis (‘Subscription(s)’). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Referred to as a “Billing Cycle”) Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
8.2 AJMaths reserves the right to make changes at any time to the structure, amount or timing of any charges and/or payments for any of our services.
8.3 At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or AJMaths cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal on your account management page or by contacting the AJMaths customer service team at [email protected]
Termination and Suspension of Registered Accounts
9.1. AJMaths reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Services as a member, with immediate effect and without notice, for any reason, especially if:
9.1.1 Do not receive payment
9.1.2 Believe that you have logged into the site on more than four devices within a given 30 day period.
9.1.3 Believe that you have shared your account details with another student, person, or entity (AJMaths has the ability to monitor your usage of the service, and this information will be used to determine whether you have shared your account information);
9.1.4 Believe that you have violated any of the terms and conditions.
9.1.5 Suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
9.2 AJMaths may terminate or suspend your account based on our opinion, suspicion, or belief, without any obligation to demonstrate that our opinion or suspicion is well-founded, even if it turns out to be unfounded.
9.3 If AJMaths judges a user’s behaviour to be inappropriate or unsuitable, the company may, at its discretion, decide to revoke any previously granted license or permission.
9.4 You have the option to cancel your membership at any time. However, AJMaths will not issue any refund for payments made under any circumstances (refer to section 13 below for more information).
Liabilities
10.1. AJMaths, along with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and suppliers, shall not be held liable for any losses or expenses, regardless of the nature or cause of such losses, arising from the Services or any linked services or websites. Such losses may include but are not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, such as loss of business, profits, data, use, revenue or other economic advantage, as well as claims by third parties. This exclusion of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged liability arises from contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal basis. AJMaths does not assume responsibility for any damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 The limitations outlined in clause 10.1 are essential to the agreement between you and us. The Services would not be offered without these limitations in place.
10.3 Under no circumstances will AJMaths, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for an amount greater than the charges and/or payments you made to AJMaths during the 12 months preceding the occurrence that led to the liability.
10.4 Both you and AJMaths acknowledge that any legal action arising from or connected to the Services must be initiated within 6 months of the cause of action arising, except for causes of action resulting from the users’ obligations outlined in clause 10 below. If you fail to initiate legal action within this period, such legal action will be permanently barred.
Site Maintenance and Alteration
11.1. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of our website at any time without notice or liability. This includes content and resources made available to you as a member.
11.2 We will always try to ensure that you have uninterrupted access to our website and services, however we may need to temporarily take our site down for maintenance and alteration. We will always try to give users notice where possible and if possible for the maintenance to be done at a convenient time.

13. AJMaths does not offer refunds on purchases made on our site. We offer free samples of revision material such as revision videos, worksheets and mock exams. This allows you to make an informed choice about whether an AJMaths membership is right for you.Â
Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AJMaths, its subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, in relation to any liability, loss or claim or demand including reasonable legal fees that arise out of or in connection with your use of the site and the services featured in the terms and conditions and/or arising from a breach of the terms and conditions and/or any breach of any representations or warranties that you make to the company.Â
