AJMaths is an educational resource website that aims to help students prepare and revise for their GCSE and A Level Maths exams.

This privacy policy will highlight and explain how our organisation (AJMaths LTD) ‘the company’ has taken steps to ensure that data is handled in accordance with the regulation set out in the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in the UK.
AJMaths LTD is committed to processing and handling your data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR. AJMaths is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Â

User Information for Members (Students)
Students can sign up with us directly and become a member. We require an email address, first name and surname. All of this information is stored safely and is not shared with anyone else.Â
Members can choose to provide their email for our newsletter to receive more informations about our latest resources and informations related to GCSE and A Level Maths exams. If a non-member chooses to send their email and receive our newsletter then we will take this as confirmation that you accept this privacy policy as well as our terms and conditions.
User Information for Non-Members
We only require students to sign up if they require an AJMaths membership. Personal Information is not stored for users who do not sign-up or log in.Â
Non-Members can choose to provide their email for our newsletter to receive more informations about our latest resources and informations related to GCSE and A Level Maths exams. If a non-member chooses to send their email and receive our newsletter then we will take this as confirmation that you accept this privacy policy as well as our terms and conditions.
Passwords
Passwords are set by the user when registering for an AJMaths membership. All passwords are encrypted for every account. This means that we do not have access to any users password and as such we can only reset your password to a default password. Users must change this default password if they are planning on changing their password.
Data back-ups
Our website, it’s content and our database is backed up regularly and is done so securely.Â
Data Security
Data security is extremely important to us and measures are in place to protect the front-end and back-end of our website. An example would be the use of Cloudflare on our website.Â
We are constantly reviewing the security of our website.
Data Storage
Data that is stored on our website is stored on a safe secure server within the UK.
Please note that when you are registering for an AJMaths membership we use Stripe as our payment gateway and payment is taken off site on Stripe’s website. All your payment details and billing details are stored by Stripe and we do NOT store any of your payment details or billing details.
